When I pee, I pee like a woman - Caster Semenya react to questions about her gender

South African female athlete Caster Semenya has hit out at a gender scrutiny by by saying that when she pee, she pee like a woman.

Caster Semenya is making progress in a bid to win double in the women's 800m and 1500m but her only hope at the World Athletics Championship in London has come under controversy over the gender of the athlete.

Many people criticize Semenya for having high testosterone levels that gives her added advantage over other female athletes.

Semenya was speaking to Supersport TV, voicing her frustration and anger over so many questions about her gender she said 'when she pee she pee like a woman that she doesn't understand when they said she is a man.'

"I don't understand when you say I have an advantage because I am a woman,' when I pee, I pee like a woman. I don't understand when you say I'm a man or I have a deep voice. I know I am a female so there's no question for me."

Caster Semenya will compete in the 800m on 4 - 13 August, in the World Athletics Championship in London.
